Under Warranty

We provide cover for most of our own appliances Under Warranty, However we may ask you to contact the manufacturer before hand, this is to ensure that your warranty is validated and to get an engineer to you as soon as possible.

Always read the Instruction booklet and troubleshooting section before deciding that the appliance is faulty, as some problems can be rectified simply by doing this.

Manufacturers warrantys cover ' Faulty parts and workmanship' , it does not cover damage caused by user,neglect, or foreign objects found in some appliances i.e 'coins trapped in the pump of a washing machine'.

Please ensure you have your model, serial number and Date of Purchase to hand.

Out of Warranty

We repair our own appliances out of warranty at reasonable labour costs.  Should your appliance be 'beyond economical repair', we will tell you at the time and advise you from there.
